Exercise increases productivity at work 

It has long been known that exercise improves both health and well-being, while regular exercise also increases productivity at work, according to a study from Stockholm University and Karolinska Institute.

The study examined the effects of allowing employees at two dental clinics to train during working hours. The group that was allowed to spend 2.5 hours per week on physical activity felt they got more done at work and were less likely to get sick.

The results showed that exercise not only has a positive impact on physical and mental health, but also makes us more productive at work.
